2. How much are shipping charges?
All shipping costs—for purchases, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims—are borne entirely by the customer, whether shipping within the UAE or internationally.
3. What are the expected delivery times?

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We recommend using a reputable courier with proper packaging.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use that number to follow your shipment on the courier’s website.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Exclusions: Physical damage, water exposure, software issues, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Do you offer extended warranty plans?
Yes. Extended warranty options can be purchased at checkout or within the initial warranty period. All extended plans follow the same terms and exclusions as the 1-month Golden Guarantee.
10. How are PayPal refunds handled?
Refunds for PayPal transactions are issued back to your PayPal account in accordance with PayPal’s global refund timelines. ITSIZER cannot expedite PayPal’s internal processing times.
11. How do you protect my personal data?
