The Warranty of IT SIZER

IT SIZER wants to make sure that your experience is an enjoyable one. So, we provide a wide choice of warranties that cover most laptops we sell:

• IT SIZER provided a 1-month warranty on all products, and we offer extended warranties for an additional fee.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost outside the UAE.

• The IT SIZER team is always here to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• We commit to the privacy of your personal information.

• Item replacement is possible within 24 hours in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman cities.

The Warranty will be voided if:

• The product is damaged physically.

• The product is repaired, modified, or disassembled.

Delivery and shipping policy

By registering your order in IT SIZER, we will do our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible and in the safest way.
We deliver your order within 2-3 days in the UAE, and it takes about 2-5 days outside the UAE, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping is free through the United Arab Emirates.
Customers in other countries are responsible for customs duty and customs fees.
Cash on delivery is available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.
If the product is not sent on time, we will inform you.
During the shipping process, you can track your order online.
All orders may require 24 hours of processing time before shipping.
itsizer.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
itsizer.com does not process orders on Sunday.
