ITSIZER Warranty Policy

Professional Coverage for Refurbished Devices

At ITSIZER, we take pride in offering high-quality refurbished IT equipment that is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment. To ensure peace of mind for our customers, we provide warranty coverage as outlined below.


1. Standard Warranty Coverage

All refurbished products purchased from ITSIZER come with a complimentary 1-month Golden Guarantee, which includes:

  • Internal hardware failures caused by manufacturer defects

  • Functional malfunctions under normal use

  • Replacement with a similar model if the issue cannot be resolved


2. Extended Warranty Options

Customers may opt to purchase an extended warranty during checkout or within the warranty window. Details of available coverage durations and pricing will be provided at time of purchase.

Extended warranty claims follow the same terms as the standard policy.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, liquid exposure, cracks, or dents

  • Battery wear (standard in refurbished devices)

  • Software-related issues (updates, operating system failure, viruses)

  • Devices tampered with, rooted, jailbroken, or repaired by unauthorized service centers

  • Accessories or promotional items (chargers, bags, etc.)


4. Shipping Responsibilities (Domestic & International)

Please note:

  • All shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer, both within the UAE and internationally.

  • This includes shipping to our service center and return shipment after repair/replacement.

  • ITSIZER will only cover repair or replacement costs if the issue is confirmed to be internal and within warranty terms.

  • For international customers, ITSIZER is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays during shipping.


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video (if applicable)

  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and arrange for inspection or pickup.

Warranty claims are reviewed within 2–4 business days, and valid claims will proceed to repair or replacement.


6. When Warranty Is Void

Warranty coverage is automatically void if:

  • The product is physically damaged or broken after delivery

  • It has been opened, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized person

  • Unauthorized software modifications or accessories have been applied


7. Payment Methods for Warranty Purchases

You may pay for warranty-eligible products or extended coverage using:

  • Visa / Mastercard

  • Apple Pay / Samsung Pay

  • PayPal

  • Tabby (Installment plan)

  • Tamara (Split payments)

Refunds or warranty replacements for purchases made through Tabby or Tamara will follow their respective refund processing protocols.
