Welcome to ITSIZER. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms.


1. Company Overview

ITSIZER is an e-commerce platform based in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in refurbished laptops and IT equipment. All items listed are subject to availability and inspection before shipment.


2. Product Details and Accuracy

While we strive for precision in our product descriptions, images, and specifications, slight variations may occur, particularly with refurbished devices. These do not affect performance or functionality.

ITSIZER is not responsible for cosmetic differences that fall within acceptable quality standards for refurbished items.


3. Order Confirmation

Orders placed through our website are confirmed only upon issuance of a confirmation email. ITSIZER reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment verification failure, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.


4. Payment Options

We offer secure and flexible payment methods, including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay

  • Installment Plans:

    • Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later – UAE & GCC)

    • Tamara (Split payments across 2–4 installments)

  • Online Gateway: PayPal

Refund Process for Installment Payments:

If you make a purchase using Tabby or Tamara, your installment plan is managed directly through their platforms. In the event of a refund:

  • ITSIZER will confirm the refund with Tabby or Tamara,

  • Tabby or Tamara will then handle the cancellation or adjustment of your payment schedule,

  • ITSIZER is not responsible for processing delays or service charges from third-party payment providers.

For PayPal purchases, refunds will be returned to the original PayPal account, in accordance with their global refund timelines.


5. Shipping Policy

  • All shipping costs — for purchases, returns, warranty claims, and exchanges — are fully paid by the customer.

  • This applies to both domestic (UAE) and international shipments.

Delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • International: 3–7 business days (excluding customs processing)

ITSIZER is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or incomplete address information.


6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original physical condition

  • All accessories and packaging are included

  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is presented

Refunds:

  • Full refund for unused items returned in full

  • Partial refunds may apply if accessories are missing or usage is detected

7. Warranty Policy

ITSIZER offers a 1-month Golden Guarantee with every refurbished device, covering internal defects and functional failures under normal usage.

  • This guarantee does not include accidental damage, physical impact, water exposure, software issues, or misuse.

  • ITSIZER will cover repair or replacement costs only if the issue is confirmed to be factory-related.

  • All shipping fees, including warranty claims, are paid by the customer — both within the UAE and internationally.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

All customer data is handled securely and in accordance with UAE data privacy regulations. Payment information is never stored on ITSIZER’s servers and is processed through certified third-party gateways.


9. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate local or international laws

  • Attempt to interfere with site performance or security

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misuse of services

  • Reproduce or use ITSIZER content without authorization


10. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

ITSIZER reserves the right to reject or restrict future transactions in the event of repeated returns, payment disputes, or any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive.
