If you request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you in full. As our customer, you have the right to return the product to us. You are allowed to return the product within the specified period without giving any reason. Since our priority is your satisfaction and we want to assure you that you have the best shopping experience, we are by your side so do not worry about your money or order.

Exchange and cancellation policy
All you have to do to exchange the product is notify us via WhatsApp number or email. You must do this up to 15 days after purchasing the product. The product that will be returned for exchange must be in the same condition as the one we delivered to you. If a similar product is available, it will be exchanged for you without any questions, but if a similar product is not available, we will offer you another product or you can request a refund.

Abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or per IT SIZER or product manufacture instructions on usage and maintenance.

Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, physical damage such as fall down from the hand of the customer or desk or any type of physical damage, or any cause beyond the control of IT SIZER. Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product, not by IT SIZER.

Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual, the batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Samsung. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.

The serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or custom made.

Virus infections or use of the product with software not provided with the product or incorrectly installed software
Only unaltered products and parts are eligible for replacement.
Consumer responsibilities before delivering your product under this Guarantee, you should make a backup copy of the contents of your product and remove all personal information and disable all security passwords.
