At ITSIZER, we strive to deliver exceptional value with our high-quality refurbished devices. We take every step to ensure your experience is smooth — and when things don’t go as expected, our return and warranty policy is here to guide the next steps clearly and fairly.

We respectfully ask our valued customers to read the following guidelines carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 15 calendar days from the date the product was delivered. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this period cannot be accepted, and all sales are considered final after this window.

To be eligible for return or refund, the following conditions must be fully met:

  • The product must be returned in the same physical condition in which it was received — free of scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be presented.

ITSIZER reserves the right to inspect all returns and may decline requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

2. Refund Process

We are committed to processing approved refunds with transparency and speed.

  • Full Refunds are granted if the item is returned within 15 days and passes our quality check.

  • Partial Refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use or is missing accessories. In such cases, a deduction may be applied to cover reconditioning or repackaging costs.

Important: In all return or warranty cases — whether the issue is related to performance, functionality, or customer preference — the customer is responsible for covering all shipping charges, including the return shipment to our facility.

Once the product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

3. Product Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for another model:

  • Requests must be made within the 15-day window.

  • The returned product must meet the same condition requirements stated above.

  • Exchanges can only be processed once we have received and verified the original item.

4. Shipping Guidelines – Domestic & International

We value your convenience and are happy to serve both UAE and international customers. However, to maintain operational fairness and transparency:

For Customers within the UAE:

  • Pickup service is available in Sharjah and Ajman, and may be subject to a small fee.

  • For all other Emirates, customers must arrange and cover return shipping.

For Customers outside the UAE:

  • ITSIZER does ship globally and offers warranty support internationally.

  • However, all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import/export clearance fees for return or exchange — even in warranty cases — must be paid by the customer.

  • If a fault is verified and attributed to ITSIZER, we will cover repair or replacement costs, but not the logistics.

We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping provider with proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, certain products or conditions make returns or refunds ineligible:

  • Products exhibiting physical or water damage

  • Devices altered, modified, or software-locked after delivery

  • Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Orders submitted beyond the 15-day period

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

7. Warranty & Golden Guarantee

We proudly offer a 1-month Golden Guarantee with every refurbished product — a sign of our confidence in the quality and performance of our devices.

What’s covered:

  • Any defect in materials or workmanship not caused by external factors

  • Device failure that affects usability under normal conditions

What’s not covered:

  • Physical damage, accidents, misuse, or software modification

  • Environmental issues (humidity, power surges, etc.)

Shipping Responsibility under Warranty:
Whether inside or outside the UAE, the customer must cover all shipping fees for sending and receiving items under warranty.
In international cases, if the fault is determined to be on our side, ITSIZER will cover repair or replacement costs only — but shipping charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Return Policy Abuse

To maintain a fair shopping environment, ITSIZER monitors patterns of repeated returns or claims. If we detect abuse of our policies, we may suspend future return privileges or restrict account activity.
